I was born in Clinton, Iowa on May 11th 1985. I spent my entire childhood living in cCinton with my parents. I attended Whittier Elementary School until fifth grade then moved on to Washington Middle School for grades 6-8. During this time i began to participate in sports such as soccer and track. I also began participating in the boy scouts with troop 642. I then attended Clinton high School and graduating in 1999. I continued to participate in sports and eventually became and eagle scout.
After high school I enlisted in the army as a an artilleryman. I spent 3 years between Ft. Sill Oklahoma and Camp Stanley, South Korea. During that period I served as an MLRS crewmember. After my active service i transitioned to the national guard as a communication specialist. I enrolled at clinton Community College and managed to finish a semester term before I recieved orders to deploy to Iraq. I spent 6 months in mobilization at Ft. Riley Kansas and then spent the next year deployed to LSA Anaconda near Balad, Iraq. After returning from deployment I spent time living in both Cedar Rapids and Iowa City with no decided course of action.
I currently live in Marion, Iowa and attend college at Kaplan university. I hope to graduate and enter the IT field. I also have renlisted in the national guard as an intelligence analyst and will most likely stay in until retirement.
